The Rottensteiner family is one of the oldest wine producing families of the region. As the name suggests (Rottensteiner literally means "red rock"), their story began where grapevines grow on the area's typical red red porphyry bedrock. Today, Toni and Rosa Rottensteiner manage the family business together with their son and daughter. Their wines are just as straightforward and honest als themselves.
